The installation and use of used parts are at the buyer’s own risk. Gear Hub shall only be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries up to the point of delivery of the purchased item.
For optimal performance and safety, we strongly recommend that all parts be installed by our certified mechanics.
Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

Parts must be returned in the same condition as sold, unused and uninstalled, unless the part is defective or damaged during shipping.

Customers must contact Gear Hub for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any parts.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect parts.

Upon receipt, returned parts will be inspected, and refunds or exchanges will be issued at Gear Hub’s discretion.

No returns will be accepted for parts that have been installed, modified, or damaged by the buyer.

Core returns, if applicable, must follow the same guidelines and be authorized in advance.

Installation by certified mechanics is recommended to avoid issues with part condition or functionality.
How Our Warranty Works
At Gear Hub, we provide a standard 2-year warranty on all parts, as each component is personally inspected, tested, and certified by our skilled professionals. This warranty covers defects in the part’s material or workmanship under normal use and proper installation.
If a part fails within the warranty period due to such defects, customers should contact Gear Hub promptly to initiate a warranty claim. Upon verification, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund of the defective part at our discretion.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear. It is strongly recommended that parts be installed by our certified mechanics to ensure the warranty remains valid.

Refunds are issued only after the returned part has been inspected and verified to meet our return conditions.

Parts must be returned in the same condition as sold — unused, uninstalled, and free from any damage beyond normal shipping.

Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Gear Hub before returning any parts. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
